Joey is remarkable both for its flowers and leaves, and perfect as an accent plant in groups of three Lavender Pentas or other standards of lavender or white flowers, surrounded by dark green or silverFoliage.

The four inch long flowers are almost in a bottle brush or feathered in shape with an iridescent pink and silver and are the highest honors from Florida in the studies got to Colorado. At 16 inches tall and 12 "wide, Joey is exceptional both as a landscape plant and for the annual container garden. The long, pointed leaves have silver and blue and are almost as showy as the flowers pretty big. Talk about a plant that has it all!

This new variety is also practical.Tolerant of summer heat and drought, Joey thrives in full sun and fertile, well drained soil, but do not worry significantly over-irrigation, or sit with wet feet. Deep South, Joey was able to tolerate partial shade, but this plant is particularly marked in green, where the sun can capture the color complex.

No wonder Joey was so good. It seems that every train a gardener who is looking in appearance and maintenance requirements for a landscape or container plant - and the cutThe flowers were very good reviews in mixed agreements.
